Simplify the complexities in 5 steps
A furniture company asked us to make a die-cast furnishing item. The original project was going to use the most effective production strategy to assemble the two distinct parts of the product. There was just one snag: it was also the most expensive strategy. We examined every imaginable possibility, virtually dismantling the problem into its elements. Our result was a feasible and cost-effective production solution that kept the stylistic, technical, durability and performance features of the ergonomic design, yet dramatically reduced the impact on the client’s pocket. The product consists of 5 pieces. The client saved 10 times compared to the investment envisaged initially.
